sbj Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the sbj platform and all services under it. By accessing or using the sbj website, mobile application, or any related digital channel, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Certain key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "Platform" — The sbj website, mobile app, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" — Anyone who has registered for or is using the sbj platform.
• "Account" — Each user's personal sbj profile.
• "Bet" — The act of placing money on any game or event.
• "Balance" — The total of deposited funds and bonus amounts currently held in an account.
• "Bonus" — A promotional reward or additional funds granted by sbj, usable subject to specific conditions.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, sbj's decision shall be considered final, without prejudice to the user's legal rights.

Users must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, sbj reserves the right to close any or all of them, and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.

Information required at registration:

• Full name (as shown on National ID card or passport)
• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Date of birth
• Email address (optional, but required where applicable)

After registration, it is the user's responsibility to keep their password secure. Login credentials must not be shared with anyone else. You can securely access your account from the sbj sbj Login page.

sbj reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal request. The following documents may be required for verification:

• A clear photo of the National ID card (NID) or passport
• Proof of the registered mobile number (via OTP verification)
• Name match with the registered payment method

sbj may place a withdrawal request on hold until verification is complete. This is done to protect the user's account and is not a punitive measure.

The accepted mobile payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on the sbj platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions via any other method are not accepted.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• The maximum deposit limit is determined by the rules of the respective payment method
• Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account immediately
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name; third-party numbers may not be used

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals will only be made to a verified and registered payment number
• Cash withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met

If sbj detects unusual or suspicious activity in any transaction, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

All bonuses and promotional offers from sbj come with specific terms and wagering requirements. By accepting a bonus, the user automatically agrees to the terms of that bonus.

Welcome Bonus:

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000; to withdraw this bonus, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.

General bonus rules:

• A promotional bonus may be claimed only once, unless the terms state otherwise
• Winnings earned using a bonus are added to the regular balance, but cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met
• sbj reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Claiming a bonus fraudulently or in bad faith may result in account suspension
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will be treated as a cancellable offence

Sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and other services on the sbj platform are operated according to their own rules. It is the user's responsibility to be familiar with the specific rules of each game or event before placing a bet.

General betting rules:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled
• sbj reserves the right to void odds or returns displayed at an incorrect price due to a technical error
• sbj's own data sources are used to determine the outcome of betting events
• For multi-bets or parlay bets, if all selections do not win, the entire bet is considered lost

Casino game rules:

• The RTP (Return to Player) for slots, table games, and live casino games is as shown in each game's own information
• If the connection is lost during a game, the game will be settled from the last recorded state
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sbj platform. If such activities are detected, the account may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets through a third party
• Misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses under multiple identities
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
• Opening an account with false information or providing false information during the verification process
• Registering under another person's identity
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform

sbj reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated
• If information provided by the user is found to be false or misleading
• If sbj needs to do so to avoid legal liability
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)

Users may also request account closure at any time. In that case, active bonuses will be cancelled, but any remaining cash balance will remain withdrawable subject to wagering requirements being met.

User data will not be sold to any third party. However, it may be shared to a limited extent where required by law or to protect the security of the platform.

sbj believes that online betting and gaming is a form of entertainment only, not a source of income. Excessive gambling can cause mental and financial harm. For this reason, sbj is committed to responsible gaming.

• Avoid placing more bets to try to recover money you have lost

The logo, design, content, software, and all intellectual property of the sbj platform are the exclusive property of sbj. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any part of these assets without written permission.

The intellectual property of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, etc.) belongs to them respectively, and sbj is a licensed user of their products.

sbj is committed to ensuring the highest level of security and stability in using the platform. However, sbj will bear no liability in the following circumstances:

• Internet connection loss or issues with the user's device
• Delays or errors in third-party payment systems
• Unexpected technical issues or cyber attacks
• Loss resulting from a user sharing their account credentials with others
• Technical errors by third-party game providers

sbj never guarantees indirect losses, lost opportunities, or specific outcomes for users. Gambling carries risk and there is always a possibility of losing all funds.

sbj reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered mobile number or through a notification on the platform.
